APPEAL:  We are slowly running out of shredded paper for the dogs beds. If  there is anyone out there who doesn't use their paper, we would be grateful for any donations. who are we?

The Sheffield Retired Greyhound Fund is a branch of the national retired greyhound trust operating in the Sheffield and South Yorkshire area. Our single aim is to provide fully vetted and loving homes for as many retired greyhounds as possible so that these beautiful animals can continue to live a full and enjoyable life at the end of their careers.

our home-finding sanctuary...

We operate the largest regional home-finding sanctuary in the UK dedicated to the re-homing of greyhounds following their careers. Based at Gosling Moor Farm in Wortley we are home to 20 greyhounds at any one time. 

Don't forget to look at all of the site: if you're not in a position to adopt a greyhound at the moment there are plenty of ways you can show your support. A few examples being:

• volunteer walking
• fundraising
• dog sponsorship
